Part Time Customer Success Manager

As a Part-Time Bilingual Customer Success Manager at Hooper and Associates, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will engage with our clients and manage the satisfaction and success of our stakeholders, including participants, donors, and partners. You will be responsible for providing support, and enhancing communication between our company and our diverse community.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating various administrative tasks. This role requires in person engagement with clients.  Strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and fluency in English and French are essential for this role.
